[Data-modeling] Proposed properties to type /medicine/hospital

Hi,

By request, I'd like to add a couple of properties to the "Hospital" 
type in the "Medicine" domain:

- Medical specialties, simple property with ECT=/medicine/medical_specialty
- Ownership status ("not-for-profit", "for-profit", etc.), dated CVT 
with ECT=/medicine/hospital_ownership

The second property has begin and end dates so that hospital ownership 
conversions (for "not-for-profit" to  "for-profit", for example) can be 
captured.
