Yes.

What happened with David Bowie and a few others, is that at one point, 
there was an explicit topic for a pseudonym (like Ziggy Stardust), which 
was then merged with the main artist entry.  When Ziggy Stardust was 
typed as a pseudonym, that affected David Bowie, since they’re the same 
topic.

This is a big part of why we are throwing out this approach.  After the 
pseudonyms are gone, we will reevaluate the types for musical artists 
and other entities derived from MusicBrainz.
