[Data-modeling] Date/Time type requires a specific year when all Iwant is to capture a yearly calendar event

Yes, Day of Year will work for me at the present, and I made the  
changes to the meteor shower schema. I also took Jeff and Ed's  
suggestion for a CVT which I created in my private domain called "Time  
Interval (Day of Year)" (or should it be 'Dates of year' ? 'Days of  
Year'?)
