[Data-modeling] Capitalism (was Consumer product type)

My inclination for now would be to use a more basic model, and expand it if
we get to a place where we want to take on something like managing
comprehensive inventory and price data for a large number of retailers.
Should we get to that point, I think the more stubby type that we proposed
could be expanded fairly easily into something more like your model.
