[Data-modeling] periodical subjects

These all seem to me like they could be subjects, with the possible
exception of Elvis-reportage. (One could argue, I suppose, that both the
Onion and World Weekly News could have "Fake News" as a subject.) I propose
we go with a "Subjects" property on the Periodical type for now, and see how
that works. (This will be a bit of a denormalization with the Subjects
property on Journal, but I think we'll be able to live with that.)
