The % of RDA was the one thing that really jumped out at me as an

Or you could calculate the % of RDA in an arbitrary country and on a
date for which you have RDA data.  The RDA info is valuable in
consumer packaging because it provides important point-of-sale info to
the consumer upon which to base purchasing decisions, but I don't
think it belongs in the database associated with individual products.
I agree with Mohammad that it should be excluded.
