[Data-modeling] Academic accreditation

Faye requested a way to capture accreditation for schools, so I've posted a
draft schema on sandbox.  Here's the filter view for the accreditation CVT,
which connects to all the new or modified types.

One question I have is whether the "accrediting agency" should include the
type "organization". In some cases it seems to fit, but in others it seems
like the accrediting agency is a committee or branch of an organization
rather than a stand-alone organization or sub-organization.
