[Data-modeling] New type in Medicine domain: Vaccine

Hi,

A very simple "Vaccine" type is ready for review on sandbox:

http://sandbox.freebase.com/type/schema/medicine/vaccine

"Vaccine" includes types "Condition prevention factors" and "Drug", so 
that the target disease, brand name, and manufacturer info can be 
entered. It introduces a single reciprocated property "Developed by", 
with a new expected type "Vaccine Developer". I have plans to model 
recommended schedules (with recommending agencies) as part of "Vaccine" 
soon, but the goal is to keep it simple and if possible, 
uncontroversial, so that basic vaccine data can be entered.
