If you’re just going to use the /common/topic/webpage property, I would go with the clearer “Bill Gates at NNDB” name.

However, you might also consider taking a page from the way IMDb links are done, <URL: http://www.freebase.com/tools/schema/film/imdb_profile_page >.  You could make a supporting type called “NNDB Person;” using it would cause the Web links to be titled with whatever you called that property.
