[Data-modeling] Need a /measurement_unit/float type

I tried creating this for you, but it appears we have an error that  
prevents it:

http://www.freebase.com/view/measurement_unit/dated_float

In any case, when it can be created, I'll use different names for the  
properties.  Dated Integer has these

Which in Dated Float I would change to the more general
