[Data-modeling] Need a /measurement_unit/float type

There's a type for /measurement_unit/dated_integer, and a type
for /measurement_unit/dated_money_value, but no type
for /measurement_unit/dated_float.

A few statistics in US Census 2000 records are averages expressed as
floating point numbers (rather than the more typical integers).  Is
dated_float an appropriate new type for the Measurement Unit domain?  If
so, could a kindly administrator please add the new type?
