I’ll re-run this migration on the production servers Friday or Monday if 
no one objects.

The Wikipedia category <URL: 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Modern_obsolete_currencies > was 
used to determine which currencies to move into the formerly-used group.
