[Data-modeling] Events cleanup, step 2

I'm going to be getting rid of the types "historic event" and "historic period" and turn them both into just plain old "event".

"Historic event" has a property "occurred during period", and conversely "Historic period" has "important events".  These will be moved to simply go into the "includes events"/"included by event" properties on the "Event" type.

I'll be raising a ticket for this and I expect Bryan will probably do the actual scripted bits of this, but now is your chance to tell me if the above changes will break anything for you.
