[Data-modeling] Proposed change to type Public Library System

The type Public Library System (/user/alexander/default_domain/ 
public_library_system) has a property collection size that accepts a  
unique integer value.  Since the collection size can change over time,  
it would make sense to update the expected type to dated integer (/ 
measurement_unit/dated_integer) instead.

Anyone object to this change?
