[Data-modeling] Migration of /location/citytown/founded values

A discussion was posted regarding the property /location/citytown/ 
founded being a redundant property.

I agree with /user/mattkantor and Jeff's assessment that the value  
should be migrated to /location/dated_location/date_founded (/location/ 
dated_location is an included type of /location/citytown) and the  
property /location/citytown/founded should be deleted.

Any objection to this?
